Largest investment in the company’s history

Due to the increasing demand for Pfanzelt products, the constantly growing number of employees and the lack of space in our logistics, assembly and welding facility, we are starting this year’s largest construction project in Pfanzelt’s company history.

In order to be able to implement the new building, new areas around the company premises have been purchased in recent years. As Paul Pfanzelt, the managing owner, states, "We are expanding our production capacity by around 14 million euros, by 5100 square metres of production/warehouse space." .. "In 2023, we will also start building an administration and exhibition building with 1200 square metres of usable space.

In order to keep the consumption of space low, the production hall will be built on two floors and the new administration building will be built on three floors. In addition to a large second modern automated warehouse, which will have a storage capacity of 2,960 tonnes, the sheet metal processing department will also be restructured and partially automated in the new hall construction.

A conscious decision was made to use wood for the facade, interior cladding and roof construction of the new production hall. For example, 2,500 square metres of wood are clad on the facade alone. Since the use of wood in buildings of this size is actually no longer planned, a special permit had to be obtained for this purpose.
